Job Title: DC-3TP Pilot-In-Command-OCONUS
Reports to: Chief Pilot
Classification: Exempt
Time Commitment: Full-Time Daily Rate-Rotational
Position Summary
Perform duties as DC-3TP Pilot-In-Command. Flight operations will be Part 91 in support of Department of Defense missions for maritime surveillance. Flights may include extended overwater and/or low-level operations. The position is rotational and requires a 30 days on and 30 days off work rotation (30/30), a 45/45, or 60/60; as applicable. Flexibility is frequently required regardless of which schedule is in play.
Essential Functions
- DC-3TP Pilot-in-command Day/Night/IMC.
- Operate aircraft in accordance with applicable Flight and Ground Operations Procedures (FGOPS), FAA/Host Nation regulations, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensure flight operations are performed in a safe and professional manner with maximum on station time.
- Must assist as necessary with required reports, briefs, safety management, aircraft upkeep, fueling and documenting aircraft discrepancies for maintenance review and correction.
- Must be willing to assist in additional duties as needed to achieve company goals and customer requirements.

Skills Required
- Working knowledge of applicable FAA rules, regulations, and standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to complete required reports on a timely basis.
- Ability to work in a collegial manner with Company employees, vendors, and customers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skills Preferred
- DC-3TP Type Rating.
Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship.
- Must possess a current US passport.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must possess an FAA Class II Medical (or be eligible).
- Must possess a Commercial MEL Pilot's license, ATP preferred.
- Possess a current security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
- Pilots must have at least 3000 hours total time, 1000 hours multi-engine time, 500 hours turbine time and 500 hours PIC in DC-3T, or similar tailwheel aircraft.
- Radio Telephone Operators Permit.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-Engine Flight Instructor certificate.
- Prior special mission or flight test experience.
Travel
- Travel and rotational deployment throughout the United States and locations outside of the United States, including austere locations, is required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a variety of physical conditions, including austere conditions.
- Ability to wear respirator or other required safety equipment.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
