The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO), Potomac Valley Division is looking for a highly motivated physician looking to work in a team-oriented environment. CAO is one of the nation's largest orthopaedic practices, owned and operated by physicians, with over 60 locations across Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC. With approximately 2,000 employees working in 28 Divisions, CAO is a growing business with revenues of approximately $250 million. Our Potomac Valley division has 11 specialists in general orthopaedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand, and physiatry. We have 5 convenient locations in Howard County and Montgomery County, MD. We have 2 Howard County locations in Columbia, as well as 3 Montgomery County locations in Olney, Germantown, and Silver Spring. We have a thriving physical therapy practice in each of our 5 offices, as well as a stand-alone clinic in Ellicott City, MD. We have a DME program, digital x-ray, and ultrasound in each of our locations. Our offices are located between Washington and Baltimore in family-friendly communities with great dining, recreational and entertainment options.
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible/Fellowship-trained orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon from a domestically accredited institution that is interested in joining our Potomac Valley division of CAO. Competitive salary and benefit package offered. Partnership track available.

Qualified candidates:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon from an accredited training program
- Maryland licensure or ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to develop relationships and collaborate in a decentralized organization
