Job Title: Partner Success Coordinator – Baltimore Region

Reports to: Director, Partner Success 

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Started out of a relationship violence tragedy – the death of Yeardley Love in 2010 – One Love Foundation is the national leader in educating young people ages 11+ about relationship health, educating more than 2.5 million young people through educational workshops both in-person and online. Through film and activity-based workshops, One Love addresses the differences between healthy and unhealthy relationships and the warning signs of abuse in an accessible way. Workshop participants leave equipped with the vocabulary and tools needed to act when they see unhealthy behaviors and abuse both as bystanders and in their own relationships. One Love empowers young people to improve the health of their relationships and to spread this message in their communities.

JOB SUMMARY

The Partner Success Coordinator will provide support to our thousands of trained facilitators across schools, community organizations and colleges throughout the country. This role will ensure that 100% of facilitators have the tools, resources and confidence to implement One Love’s life-saving relationship health curriculum. The Partner Success Coordinator is a member of the program team, reporting to the Director, Partner Success.   

What You Will Do

v  Support a large portfolio of accounts to implement One Love’s education in their community.

v  Provide technical assistance for the One Love’s online learning system – the Education Center.

v  Manage incoming requests through our HelpDesk Platform and other communications platform.

v  Utilize One Love’s technology suite, including Salesforce, Pardot, Alchemer, and more to ensure efficiency.

v  Facilitate live trainings on the topic for adult and student educators on the topic of healthy and unhealthy relationships, creating and enriching and impactful learning experience.

v  Collaborate internally on projects to improve One Love’s offerings, occasionally working cross-functionally.

v  This position will be located in the Baltimore region, with the ability to travel to regional events (approximately 5-10% of your time).

Compensation: The Baltimore-based compensation will range from 48,000-52,000 commensurate with experience
