Job description for this post-doc researchfellow position.

Thisposition will be supported by our DoD project for two years. The object of thisDoD project is to investigating possible mechanism underlying lungtumorigenesis and develop potential biomarker for the early detection of lungcancer.

The "to be hired post-doc fellow" will participate in thisresearch study by specially focusing on functional analysis ofcancer-associated genes by using in vitro and in vivo models and developingcancer biomarkers.

The candidates should have PhD or MD with strong backgroundin molecular genetics. The candidates should be very familiar with thetechniques, including Cell culture, Gene transfection, RNA extract, RT-PCR;Real-time quantitative PCR, DNA cloning, Plasmid construction andtransformation, Western blotting, Reporter assays, CHIP, MTT assay, Flowcytometry, Transgenic mouse, xenograft animal model, Florescence microscopy,Confocal microscopy, Paraffin section, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry,et al.
